A Bequest to Further Good Work

It’s amazing looking back to see how much of an impact my time at Troy University has had on me throughout my life. So many of the skills that I developed during my time at TROY are still paying dividends to me in ways I never imagined. I spent time creating content for the school’s television news program, we spent long hours reporting, producing and anchoring stories. These are skills I am still using every day even after changing careers along the way.
I never thought I would have the opportunity to help students like me as my career progressed years later. My wife and I believe in being good stewards of the blessings that we have been given and God’s allowed us to help financially through scholarships, annual giving and by leaving a legacy gift to the University as well.
The thought of blessing a family the same way that someone blessed me years ago was quite humbling. I urge you to give as you can. You have no idea how much even a little bit can help someone in completing their college career and starting their next phase of life in just a little bit better shape.
As I look back, my time at TROY helped pave the way for me to now have a thriving business and support my family now. I love watching ‘ole Troy State grow over the years and I’m excited to play just a small part in the school’s continued success. By working together, we can ensure that the Trojans best days are still ahead of us.
